Providing Purpose & Hope
Meet K9s on The Front Line, an amazing service dog training program that trains shelter dogs to become service animals for veterans with PTSD, giving both veterans and dogs a second chance. The programs give the option for veterans to train a certified service dog or companion dog, with the idea that the training and companionship will give both a life with more hope, purpose, and partnership. We partnered with K9s on The Front Line for a full website redesign, and we couldn’t be happier with how it came out.
Unique Programs
K9s on The Front Line offers two different programs - one for companion dogs and one for service dogs. When the user clicks into a program, they are brought to an interior page that gives detailed information and the opportunity to start the application process.
Donor Wall of Honor
K9s on The Front Line relies on generous donors to keep their program running. Their old website featured a “Donor Wall of Honor,” and we were happy to give it a little face-lift, giving it a more modern look and functionality.
Hopsie Integration
We integrated our fundraising software, Hopsie, into K9s on The Front Line’s new site. The branded donation widget fits seamlessly onto the page and users can start the donation process with a single click.
Must Love Dogs
You’d be hard-pressed to find a person who doesn’t smile at the sight of a happy dog. Getting to use beautiful dog imagery in our design, especially images of dog-human companionship, made our designer’s job easy.
A Patriotic Design
Because K9s on The Frontline services United States Veterans, we were in agreement that a patriotic design aesthetic was in order. Our design team used elements of the American flag, with shades of red, white, and blue, paired with flourishes of stars and stripes. The darker, more muted colors create a modern palette that lets the organization’s content shine.
Serving Those Who Serve
We were thrilled to be able to work with K9s on The Front Line - their small, friendly, and hardworking team kept us laughing throughout the project, and we loved how involved they were in every step. It’s always great when a client really wants to understand each aspect of what we do and help in any way they can.
